Sinopsis
In the year 2050 the world is overpopulated and the last hope of the humanity is to colonize other planets. But before that, we have to research how to do it. It’s your job, during this period, manage the United Nations money and decide if invest in science research or to help all the countries with crisis and avoid a possible global war.
Mechanics
This is a turn based strategy game. The goal of the player is to complete the 100% of science before the global tension rises to 100% and starts a global war.
Every turn is a full year. Every year the player will be given 500M $ and in some countries it will appear national crisis like: shortage of food, contaminated water, epidemics, etc.
With every country with a crisis, the player will have three options:
- Invest a lot of money. In that case the crisis will disappear and global tension will not rise.
- Invest some money. In that case the crisis will disappear but the global tension will raise a little.
- Do nothing. Do not invest money but the global tension will rise a lot.
The player can also invest in science that will rise it in 10%.
The key of the game is to find the equilibrium between invest money to save single countries and avoid rising the global tension or invest in science forgetting the countries with crisis and increasing the global tension.
